Festool, Fein, & Metabo get my vote! You can't go wrong with Metabo's 5.2 AH batteries.

Milwaukee impact bits are horrible. They just do not last. The only upside I see to them is that they are available everywhere. I highly suggest you look into Wiha or Wera. Both are very high quality and will last much longer than anything at the big box stores.
