    Paint question

    I primed a motorcycle fender with the only primer I have ever used, Tremclad. Now I see on the can it says not to apply acrylic paint over it. The Dupli color paint that took me years to choose is acrylic. What do I do next???

    After I wash 'em I throw 'em in a drawer with 5 or 6 flat magnets. I just pick up a magnet to find what I'm lookin' for.

    At least put a level on the floor to see if it is the floor. Don't expect concrete to level itself out with a change of temperature.

    I have a large convex mirror bolted to a fencepost in the front yard. I can look out anytime to see if door is open.

    I own at least 6 different type off led's and find myself rotating them almost weekly. Sorry I can't help you out till I finish playing with mine. (It's been 6 years since I bought my first led light. (I think I own about 50 now).

    Thanks for the help everybody. I took the time to get it perfect, and now it is way better than it ever was, much more quiet. I got some fairly new springs from a guy that changed his garage door.

    I found an old battery charger (about 7 years old) with a couple of AA batteries in it. charged them for 1.5 days, put one it the solar light, and now it runs all night. Think I will charge up the battery that came with the light as well and try it again. These batteries have to be at least 8...

    Thanks for the replies. And yes they are the torsion springs, and I do realize there is some danger involved. As the saying goes "I got this", or "Hold my beer, I'll show you how it's done". I will try to post E.R. visit pics.

    I recently bought a solar light to try out. It was the $5.88 one from Home Depot. It was not very bright and is completely out less than 2 hours after sundown. Is this the norm for these solar path lights? Anybody know of any better ones? I want to buy a bunch of them but only if I can get more...
