    Best bang for the buck is Hellfire Kit. It has a clear protective coat on top. Or an epoxy / urethane system would be good as along as clear coat is there to protect the finish IMO.

    I think a traditional epoxy & urethane system or Hellfire system would be the way to go. I'm not a floor coating guru like others on this board but i've been following for a long time and it seems like with all the abuse this floors gets, those are the best 2 options judging by others post...

    I don't have the most experience but i did use the Armorpoxy 3 coat system (primer, epoxy, urethane) on my garage. I did a ton of research in advance and the biggest takeaway i had was that urethanes hold up a lot better than epoxies do when it comes to things like pallets jacks, forklifts...
