Defiance, OH was the store that was sold out, Fort Wayne, IN was the store that had 2 total and the 1 orange I wanted :-). They said 4 weeks to order in Defiance. They said something like 5K toolboxes sold from Black Friday to Christmas eve. I'm not sure who exactly sold the 5K.

Just got an Orange 5 drawer today. Closest store was sold out of every color. Drove to a store 45 minutes way that had two total in stock :-). No mods yet :-). Got it all together tho. Bill

Plenty of companies offered and offer unconditional lifetime warranty. Some companies later on revise that to be a warranty that only applies to the original purchaser. Some companies like Grainger will offer warranty on a part or device from the day of install for a buyer who puts items in crib...
