It will work great for oil, gas not so much. See the PDF for how it holds up to various chemicals. Not sure that much is really going to hold up to gasoline or brake fluid.

Since the stairs are finished I took a couple of pictures of the upstairs (from the rear looking forward)....of course without the floor. I need to take a couple from the front looking rear.

What did you seal the floor with? I am having to wait until it warms up to lay my sealer down.....concrete has to be at a certain temp.

Cool Build! I sorta caught a glimpse of the setup for the hot water.....but what exactly is the unit, you know make and model. I am still trying to figure out what I am going to do for my garage, which on demand setup.
