Personally, I'd rather go with a used good saw, check the compression and look in the spark plug hole, rather than cheap out on a low-end new unit. Don't straight-gas it (I use 40:1 in all my 2-smokes) or drop a tree on it, and a pro-line Stihl (or probably even mid-line) will last you decades...

Gerber makes the best ************* multi tools. The cheaper Leathermans have been pretty good for me for that stuff... the ones they had for like $35 a couple years ago. I got a couple to chuck in my car and under my motorcycle seat.

I've used a bunch of those and the older ones. I loved them when they worked, but they were/are too damn fragile for me. Too easy to break the hook socket and send it tumbling to the concrete, and then half the time it went **** up very shortly after... as well as no longer having a hook. A work...

Call me crazy, but being it's a 1/2 & 9/16, I'm thinking the smaller of those 2 is the 18.5mm end, and the 9/16 end is 20.7mm.

I got tired of trying to do trig in my head and just measured a 9/16 12pt Craftsman USA chrome. I got right around 21/32 major ID- as in across 2 opposite points. That leaves right around 1/32 of 'meat' around those points... yeesh. Good luck!
