    I bought my BX22 Kubota used about 15 years ago and other than having the bucket lift cylinders repacked i haven't had a problem with anything else. The backhoe is a life saver and use a zero turn for mowing. If you buy a Kubota, keep up with the maintenance and you'll love it.

    I've had no problems with the ones i've bought off ebay. Not DeWalt and fit fine. Had them for over a year.

    Thermostat is on auto and it's for their a/c air handler. I figure the motor is good, just something controling it is bad.

    Neighbor is having problems with the evaporator motor running constantly. It goes at full speed, then will slow slightly and then speed up. But runs all the time, not shutting off. A/C man says it needs new motor. I always thought a motor had to have something to control it's on off running...

    I'm with Jim on this one. Leaking from a flare fitting or leaking from condenser, or evaporator. I'd get someone else to look at it.

    Tell them to hold the old pole with a boom, cut the the pole off and remove the lower part. Them they can redig the hole and install new pole.

    Is that flooring plywood or particle board? I'm not a builder, but I would have used pressure treated plywood because of ground moisture.
