I just checked this set on amazon says they fit both JIS & Phillips. First time I have seen that. JIS and Phillips are close but there are subtle differences between the 2 standards.

I finally got my 78318 about a month ago after being on B.O. for about 4 months. The way I did it is I purchased the item B.O. and when the seller got a shipment those of us in-line got the ratchet. Most everyone does it the same way except amazon but their supply runs out quick.
