Are you going to use "Driv-It" for stucco or real stucco? We have seen a lot of failures of driv-it in areas where there is rain. Northwest and in Folsom area of California. Just curios... Nice build and looking forward to seeing your outfitting the interior

What is the rise and run on the stairs? There is a ratio or rule for the rise and run. I use the "Rule of 25". It is 2 x rise plus the run should equal 25. So a 7 - 11 stair is (2 x 7) + 11 = 25. This is why 7 inch rise with a 11 run works and is popular. But it is not the only ratio that...
