What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Grandson visiting so riding the trike and then we set about building the aircraft radar mentioned elsewhere. Using AI and between his intellect and mine we got started. Lotsa interest in planes as he nears 15. I was up and out early and assembled my newly delivered 3 point rake. Instructions...

    Between 485 & 705 SQ/FT Bob Heine's Auto Emporium

A quick search of the internet turned up this image and I dare say it is very close in color, the gloss does not show through.

:+1: Bob. The Rambler wagon in pink is a color. As a youth my parents owned a persimmon (light faded pink) colored 59 International Travelall, the suburban like vehicle. Mom learned to drive, clutch and shift, the 3 on the tree. Years later my dad, with his eclectic tastes in vehicles clearly...

Reminds me of a beetle, easier to remove and repair often times. That just does not look like fun and oil leaks **** anytime any where. Stay well!

I'll let the others chime in on what is what as I know. No additional plates were available or included with the head. I glad you found buc-ees bbq tasty! I haven't heard mention so I am reluctant to ask. Did any of the buckeyes make it back home? And if you or Ben had mentioned that seat I...

Alas, I would be remiss in my duties if I failed to mention that Mike provided a very nice handcrafted gift. I now own a Wishek wok! Many thanks, my visiting grandson was busy envisioning bacon cheese burgers and fried potatoes by the plateful!

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Son and grandson in town for a visit. Showed off the newly rearranged shop workspace. Chatting about 3d printer and such. Then went over the Freedom Trike mods with the grandson-he was in favor of all. Finally showed him the keys and he was excited to see the addition of the electric start...

    Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT Garage blueprint/materials list

This will set off a firestorm of hate. But is a perfect use of AI. Try it, define clearly the zone, and size, and it will develop a list for you. Try something small to start with like a dog house or backyard shed. It will get you very close with the proper inputs.

@jblnut Mike, glad everything went smoothly. We do need to find time to visit again, you sir could school me on farming. It was a pleasure to visit and seeing the tools heading to a new home, while bittersweet, was glad someone would find them useful. Glad to provide a few minutes of fun for...

That looks like a great saw I have the ryobi version and it gets heavy. Keim called Thursday and was to deliver molding between 9-11am Friday, yesterday. Fresh outta the shower about 8:30 and the dog , plus my phone were going crazy. Looked out Keim box truck in the driveway, driver arrived...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Cleared out space in the shop. Looked on as others loaded up a truck with the lathe, mill and other equipment. Shop sure looks empty now. PS even though it looks like the bridgeport is going into the ridgeline it is in reality going into a box truck! :lol_hitti

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Put together an nsf wire shelf rack that has been used in the house now in the shop. Added wheels-cheap on amazon now-and filled with **** from odd projects covering workbench, got some flat space back. Then had a barley pop with the neighbor and caught up on chit chat.

    rattle_snake's random shop projects v0.1

a while back @ODIS shared a pick of a leaf blower with a section of metal pipe, I think downspout, aimed at a small growing fire. I have used the idea and it works well, also great for getting a fire percolating the following morning.

    Walkout Basement Cover Door

All, many great ideas. @NUTTSGT, I like the idea if I envisioned it correctly. Thinking It would be fashioned after @Bob Heine wedding chapel/storage area. @larry4406 well we got scope creep now. The idea of a landing at the top to bring above grade solves many issues, as it could now provide...

Vlad, I was seeing the recent news and wondering how you were doing. It is so very good to see you post. Interesting about the gas shortage as between many events supply delivery has been disrupted. Hopefully working on the tractor allows time for your mind to concentrate enough and draw away...
