Have had lawn services, in the past. Now I do the fertilizing myself and use Scotts only. Best stuff around IMO. Used turf builder a few weeks ago and now we seem to have rain everyday, lawn looks great and so much better looking than the neighbors and they have a lawn service.

Now that is a real cord reel! I have one made by snap-on and is made in the USA and has worked great for many years. Say no to Plastic junk.

I have a snap-on extension cord that works with a steel spring and has worked for 20+ years for me. I don't remember what I paid but it was not even close to $300. + . Not interested in plastic c##p probably made in china.

Sure can adjust the door, but as noted by Samert11 lodes of energy in the wound up springs. I would have it done by a professional as you could be injured very badly. Not worth the risk.

New here and just finished reading the entire thread. I'm sure that most here have dreamed about such a venture, I know that I have. Back in the 1960's I worked in a Shell and also a Gulf stations that must have been built in the 1030 or 1940's. I may just have to drive up sometime this summer...
