Stopped by my Lowes on the way home from work. All the new Irwin stuff is on the shelves, and there were just a few Bessey items left laying around. Got a 6" woodworking vise which I'll actually use for 6 bucks, a couple 3" C-clamps which will come in handy for brake jobs for a buck a piece...

My IR 231C has gotten off everything I've asked it to except my Honda crankshaft pulley bolt. Took a breaker bar with a 5' cheater pipe to break that sum'***** loose. I don't think there is a 1/2" gun made that would have taken that bolt off.

I respectfully disagree. I've done it. There's a little tab at the end of the rail that you push down on, and you can remove as many clips from that rail as you'd like, and move them to another rail. All clips/rails are the same size so you can rearrange them however you'd like.

Item number for the Lowes 4-rail trays is #338551. They run $24.97 at my store. I have two of them and the quality is good. They come with (30) 1/4" clips, (40) 3/8", and (16) 1/2". The clips are removeable, so you could rearrange the rails however you please.
