Nope. Our HOA doesn't have any officers yet to run it by. We basically pay a management company to maintain the common grounds and community pool at this point. We do have rules set by the developer though. Any outbuildings have to match the exterior of the home.

I used the floor plans from here but used joists instead of all those blocks. I got the rest from http://www.sdscad.com/ for $3.99. I couldn't find anything for free with those dimensions.

Good ideas. I guess I should have included a picture of the front of the house too. The only problem is that there's only 6ft between the existing garage and the easement. As I understand it I can use the easement for access but can't build (driveway) on it.
