    craigslist is your friend. Look for a small cheap air compressor just for the motor. I found 2 years back a 10 gallon 2hp belt driven air compressor for $40. I bought it just for the 2hp doerr motor.

    just get a twin In line air filter with Regulator & Water Trap and check the oil. It will get the job done as far as power tools. I have an old 2hp craftsman somewhat like yours powers all my power tools with no problem. I only use it to work on my cars. It powers my impact and air ratchet.

    I like all there duralast ratchets, have one that is over 8 years old still works like new. Most my tools are duralast no problems yet, but i only work on my personal cars when they need maintenance.

    definitely get the water filter, you can get away without the oiler if you dont use your air tools much. Just make sure you put a few drops of oil in your power tools every time you use them.
