Couldn’t, bought it from some place that claimed they were a Makita dealer, ZORO tools or something, I filed an eBay claim & they took it back & refunded me.

These have never been used, however, they’re basically factory defects, so they’ll work but they have imperfections, just disclosing that, stamped too heavy or too lightly on one part, stamped slightly off center or the chrome ran or was too thin when it was being made, etc etc, I’m positive...

I know this is a late reply but I did end up finding the date on the back of the badge that day so thank you.

I’ve looked on eBay couldn’t find anything & I know these handles were used on several boxes & different years, I would just really not want to buy an entire toolbox just to ruin that one, know what I mean? Haha, I’d rather just pay someone for the handle.
