Some progress made yesterday and today. The city let me use the old rear foundation/footer seeing that it is 4 feet deep and I only need to be 32. So they just pinned it. Now it’s waiting for an inspection.

It does, looks like the old footings are over 4 feet deep. So now they have to jackhammer a section out. Now it is raining... FUN
