This unit is being installed at a new house. Anyone know what it is?

I have both a Milwaukee 20 and a HF Daytona. Milwaukee 20 is lighter, lifts in fewer pumps, but requires more effort for each pump. Daytona requires a lot of low effort pumps. I prefer the Milwaukee.

The older elbow design made it easier to get a wrench on from any angle. The new design a wrench only works from the bottom. Saves material and money, but not a good idea.
