I buy my propane in bulk, in the dead of summer and pay cash. I split wood in the fall and it usually keeps me warm twice :D

There are 3 guarantees with concrete: It will get hard It will crack No one will steal it IMHO as long as its not lifting or pulling apart, don't worry about the crack.

You need to look into Burr Oak trees. They are native in Texas, they are pretty much disease free, their roots grow down (not out). The fastest growing oak if watered. They will take any kind of soil. We planted 24 in our yard last year and had 2ft growth!

Brake Cleaner works great at removing oil stains :thumbup:

Cant they just bring the truck down the side? Yard will be tore up but the grass will grow back. Might need to back fill the ruts? Or they could buggy the concrete in. IMHO, the signed contract should spell out how the concrete would be poured. I dont see why the price should be going up...

I would have had them re pour the entire apron...
