    Here's a picture of the yellowing that occurs on black tiles: For reference, this is my daily-driver with super-sticky summer only tires. The car has been parked in this spot for a year. Not really too noticeable....

    Sorry for the late reply. The tiles are Armstrong - I bought them at the local Home Depot. I combined the leftover tiles into one box, and that one is labeled 51910. Don't know if that was the speckled black or the speckled gray, but you should be able to see from the display they have. Tire...

    Rolling creepers and jacks may put some light scratches in the VCT, but those will come out with polishing later. If you leave your car up on jackstands for an extended period of time, I would use more than just an extra tile under the stands as suggested elsewhere. I put a vehicle that weighs...

    Insulating Garage Doors

    Make sure after adding insulation (even though the foam pieces are light it still adds up), adhesive, and maybe paint that your door is still properly balanced. If not then your garage door opener may fail due to the added stress.
