    why not 2 8x10 pieces of hemlock, remove your wheels and place these front to rear on each end. solid and wont tip, still have room for a creeper underneath

    you can rent all the equipment and do it yourself. several spray foam rental companies if you google them they go all over the US. it may save you money and get a thicker layer

    Lift Placement in new garage

    go to a shop and look at there setups.your space is to small for comfort,if car on lift is up all the way you can park another directly under it and still open doors. I do this all winter long for storage during snow months. trucks and suvs not so much.post 24" from the wall is ok but still...

    run a load bearing wall down the middle and the rafters from it out to the perimeter.2' or 4' spacing strap it and put ceiling up.the wall can be open except for a few posts to support it.maybe 2 16' lvl beams and 4 posts 8'apart

    I can't see a safety strap.If I missed it disregard my advice. A ratchet strap to secure the ****** to the jack is a must.awesome shop pics love the car

    PEX for air - Reply from OSHA

    I have no proof of this but... I read a post somewhere stating that the pex manufacturing plant uses pex for the airlines in their facility. Some guy wrote a letter to them asking about it's uses and he posted the reply. I use it and have no issues. but also no sunlight
