Question about left-handed drill bits

I am in the market for some too. Hoping my SO driver will let me add the set that is on sale on to my bill. I have heard with these it is best to use an air drill as the electric ones are not built to cool in reverse and will over heat. Any truth to this?

I just browsed through the rest and didn't see anything else I will jump on although they are great deals. Like the stuff I got today retail on both was $543, I paid $283 and saved $260. Was too good to pass up, especially since I needed them. He is only able to sell 5 of each thing and you can...

It was my lucky day on the SO truck. For the next several weeks they are having a different buy one get one free deal going on. One line for power tools another for hand tools. The one this week for hand tools was if you buy the set of 3/8 drive metric impact swivels you get metric deep 3/8...

Those tools you haven't bought yet...

Come tax return time I will be getting the SO BJP1 Ball joint press. And maybe the cordless ratchet. That is the main big thing on my list other than that I am going to try to overhaul my socket drawer. I need shallow MM 1/4" drive, 6 point shallow and deep MM 3/8" drive. (Somehow I have been...

Had to do some work on the shop air compressor and put a new drain on it. Picked me up one of these baby pipe wrenches to tighten things under there. I have had several other times where something like this could come in handy so now I have one.:) [/IMG]

    Any experience with Evertough tools?

Thanks, Greatneck would be the OEM? I have never been in an Autozone I have no clue what they carry. Is it a decent brand?

    Any experience with Evertough tools?

Here are some pictures. After looking at the fine print it appears they are owned by Great Neck Saw Manufactures in Mineola, NY. They were made in Taiwan. Makes me wonder why the TM shows abandoned? http://www.trademarkia.com/ever-tough-85270414.html

    Any experience with Evertough tools?

You know I am not sure if they are from Eaton or not. I have only tried a few of their things and they seem like decent quality. I plan to buy another tool they have we rented once and that was a stretch belt remover/installer. worked really slick. I have just been leery as they were built as...

    Any experience with Evertough tools?

Occasionally at the shop we rent a tool from Oreily's. I have had good luck with the couple of things we had got before. Rented a power steering pump puller/installer. I have been meaning to get one and its only $30 bucks to keep it. It is brand new and I was the first to use it. They claim it...

    Work Pants That Breathe Well?

I will be watching this also. I just got some Firehose Flex work pants and love them. But they have not been hot weather tested. They are the most comfortable work pants I have ever wore. I LOVE all the pockets. There are like 12-13 pockets. Very, very handy. Plus they are tough. Pair these...

    Anyone else like Channellocks?

I love my 5410s they are my go to pliers for sure. Pliers are one thing I feel Snap on falls short on. I mean I love my SO neelnose and dykes, and other stuff. But just for an all around ordinary full size pliers they really have nothing I like. The 5410s are awesome on many different things.

What is the best aftermarket brand for rear lift gate support struts?

We have had good luck with Stabilus and Monroe. Get them from Rock Auto and you can get them for less than half of what you can from a jobber in most cases.

    Snap on ratcheting screwdrivers??

I bought a yellow one almost two years ago to get a giant Snap on Umbrella. The handle of the umbrella is like a soft grip screwdriver. I think I have used it once, lol. But I love the screwdriver. Have not tried the soft grip but it looks bulkier, I love my soft grip drivers so I am thinking...

    Snap-on LED worklight

I just got one of these today for $129. You can never have enough lights, I have a bluepoint tube style LED, the underhood light, and a bluepoint square one with a strong magnet. An a large assortment of various flashlights. I haven't got a chance to truly use this one though but it is bright...
