Thats all I wanted, I can completely understand the AD not wanting to warranty the ratchet but the AD called up Williams anyway to try and help my situation. When I called Williams up, the attitude I got from the lady I spoke with was such that I new I was going to get no help.

I have returned the set for a refund, luckily it was within 30 days so didnt cost anything to return. That ratchet in Canada is $50.

The irony is that its cheaper at the AD than from Amazon!!!
