Got some of the pegboard up last night with the Talon hooks. Thanks to this board for that find. They're much more secure than the standard chrome metal hooks. This is my temporary work surface until my bench gets delivered.

Dubber- my MyQ allows me to set a timer for auto down after 5 or 10 minutes if it's left open. It won't prevent issues if a ghost or leaf flies by, but it provides some solace. Especially with the phone alert, at least you'd know it was left up or had some issue.

Dubber - These were online only. Welded and most importantly, no assembly required:) They have some pegboard style holes inside the door for small items as well.

Just finished the color change and put the cabinets roughly in place. Next job is putting up the pegboard and buying a larger section for the lawn tools.

The good news is the painting was done. The bad news is it had a violet tinge to it that was driving me up the wall. So I'm starting to paint the brick again so I can start to organize maybe monday or next weekend.

Treb, the organizers are great. It's really easy to pull out the set you need for a specific job and put things away.

I don't have the words to express the relief I am feeling over not having to assemble the larger cabinets. Though the small cabinets were by no means difficult, they still took me at least an hour and a half per. Looking forward to things getting somewhat back to normal tomorrow after the grey...

My husky cabinets came in today. I opted for these as they were 1. Reasonably cheap and 2. They had nice locking and opening hardware compared to craftsman. I'll need to wait until the bricks are painted finally tomorrow to open them all the way. Here's a link in case anyone is interested in...

DAY 3 The walls are fully primed!

Today the ceiling was primed again and hit with two coats of ceiling paint. Also the molding around the storage access was painted and the brick priming was completed. Tomorrow is the last warm day for awhile so hoping to finish up. DAY 2

I have the MyQ system as well. It's really helpful when I'm not home and I can keep track of the door being open or not!

A little update today. Everything is patched and 75% of the brick is primed. It's already brighter! DAY 0 DAY 1 I also placed the order for my lift as well. Hope to schedule it this week.
