Completely agree with you. The main problem in small garages is storage of some stuff like fenders, doors, engines etc. Van/container will help to solve it

Your garage size is enough to do almost all kind of jobs with vehicles. Here in russia the standard garage size is about 3*6 meters. If you are lucky it will be 4*6 ;)

I don't want a pit, have to climb in and out, its in the way when not used, very primitive. I agree, but IMHO creepers are more terrible ;) especially when car is not clean and does not have enough clearence.
