    SK in my future...

Some of my vise grips are 30 years old and work like new. I have noticed the newer stuff with the duller finish is not as good. When I can find older ones I try to pick them up.

    SK in my future...

For the socket sets I am pretty much set on SK. That is a nice Blue Point set, but just not what I am looking for. I am hoping to start acquiring next week. I have a MAC Tech 1000 box an I think it will play nice with SK socket sets.

    SK in my future...

Since I am not Scrooge McDuck I will have to get each set as funding permits. First is the SK 91860(1/4" set) and the 94549(3/8" set). The former will come from Amazon and the latter will come from tooltopia due to price. That will be followed up by SK 4147-6(1/2" set). Then I will shop for...

    SK in my future...

This may sound weird, but an SK ratchet makes me feel nostalgic. I used to work on my bicycle with an old SK Wayne ratchet. I just genuinely like using them. I updated my location. I jumped on the box. I had to get a key and some drawer liners, but it is in decent shape. It has some scrapes, but no missing parts.

New here and looking for advice...

Around here people hold on to tools. Even cheap ones. I have found some tools on ebay such as pliers and channel lock brand pliers. I have $150 in my box and I want to get some add ons like a side box for it. I may repaint it. I have been scouring ebay for tools, but nothing real great has come...

New here and looking for advice...

I am just starting to build up a tool set and I have some questions. I have a Mac Tech Series 1000 and I am wondering how old it is. I have Kobalt tools in it that seem to work pretty good. I would love to pick up some Mac tools, but those are out of my price range. I am new to the Garage...
