What 18" box are you referring to? The 18" that is like this unit and goes on sale for $199 is the same height 37.1".

This new model is significantly deeper at 24" instead of the prior 18" so I'd not expect the price to hit $200 on sale so soon. I would seriously consider picking up two of these @ $250 for under my weekend warrior bench. If only at $300 I have to start considering if the new HF 44" @ 22" deep...

Looks like a nice kit. I will probably pass as I'd prefer the table to fold down so as to not limit use of the wall space above the table in my garage, i.e., have the legs collapse along the length of the table.

I briefly had one of these units, it kept jamming in a way that would lock up the clip and require disassembly to unjam -- a common problem I had then discovered. Returned it and got a Bostitch and am very happy with that oiless gun.

I ended up buying the FSV-4 at $69 last time the sale was on. I've been eyeing that woodworking vise as well -- very tempting price. Just need a bench to go with it :sigh: The FSV models are forged, the 865-DI is ductile cast iron.
