    Most likely you need a way to decouple the flow between your boiler and your system. Hence the low loss header or a heat exchanger. Pics would help. Was your system professionally designed as well as installed? If so they should have left you with each zones flow rating.

    Make sure when you plumb in the expansion tank on the return side of the heater. That way your pump is not pressurizing the tank.

    Pressure Test Fitting for Radiant Heat System

    What type of pex did up use? Some or warrentied for leaks. I found the best way is to fill the system up to city water pressure. Record the pressure and tempature then leave overnight.

    just a quick wiring question

    Why not put a bottomless octanginal box on the existing box and the. Run conduit or Bx to a fluorescent light. IMO that would look nice than a receptacle on your ceiling.
