Looking for a pic of the current Williams X-52 1" drive ratchet head. All of the pics listed by online vendors show the older style SO head design, but I ran across an ebay listing a few month ago that looked like the current style head, and it was used. Thanks!

Has anyone else ordered Snap On from them? I placed two orders a few days ago, just received an email saying they can only offer the SO items to government accounts.

I have the airlift as well. Works great. Just be sure to have enough coolant ready when you fill. I use a 5 gallon bucket to hold enough coolant for the job so I don't have to stop in the middle of filling.

Does the hex driver setup work with the original cover plate?

A local is selling a "new" SO roll cab, I'm interested in buying but I'd like to make sure it is paid for before buying. Seller was hesitant to send me a pick of fge label with the model# and serial#. Can I contact Snap On with the serial number for this?

The only Hazet item I have is a ratchet. I think it kinda *****, definitely wouldn't claim it to be anywhere as good as SO, even a 936 series. I would like to hold their wrenches just to see how they feel.

How well does the locking mechanism lock the head on the SO? I've never held a SO locking flex ratchet to compare to the Armstrong/Matco.

For years, I worked on mostly Japanese cars and used the same sizes as the OP. Now, I work on more domestic stuff. There are only a few sizes that I don't end up using these days. I am glad I bought most of my stuff in complete sets.

You will need the other sizes if you work on something that is not Asian.

Is your SO guy a Snap On Industrial rep? If he is, check on a williams w55rc11, basically the same box as the classic 78.

How much is the Classic 78 with your student discount?
