Thanks looking for flooring options as my concrete slab sweats. And want to come up with a solution now that I’m building an addition.

I believe the sanding/grinding of the floor would take the place of the etching. You should be good, but double check with the manufacturer. I spoke to a company today as I am planning mine and they told me grinding was the best prep if feasible.

How thick is that foundation wall? 4" pipe?

I like I the unground pots. Can you post a pic of where you want this installed? I may have another idea based on your wall floor layout.

They make a plastic corner bead which is actually glued into place with a spray glue.

I personally would pull the insulation down, install the baffles from the vented soffit to the ridge vent. Re-insulate and you should be ok. GL

Mine fills up in one quick storm. I have a little electric pump that a hose hooks to and it rinses the cars no problem no spit’s.
