    Floor paint prep

    I believe the sanding/grinding of the floor would take the place of the etching. You should be good, but double check with the manufacturer. I spoke to a company today as I am planning mine and they told me grinding was the best prep if feasible.

    I personally would pull the insulation down, install the baffles from the vented soffit to the ridge vent. Re-insulate and you should be ok. GL

    Mine fills up in one quick storm. I have a little electric pump that a hose hooks to and it rinses the cars no problem no spit’s.
