Here is my garage build that has open roof. I plan on installing a two or four post lift. hired a contractor to do everything but electric and finish interior. It has 18ft by 8 door in front and 8ft by 8 in rear.

Not sure but on my single car garage I can reset the remotes. Not sure on liftmaster on my other garage...I have an app on my phone that lets you know if its been opened!
