Searching for a new tool chest

Ah that's good to know. Thanks. I have shelving above my current toolbox setup so perhaps I can just remove that top shelve if I need to for the replacement tool box. That's a good point. Looks like craftsman has a 54" Pro series as well which is a nice fit. Those look nice as well. Look...

Searching for a new tool chest

I may not have been clear... the Husky unit looks like it would work but it doesn't seem like an optimal use of space since it's not a ton of depth so that's why I was looking for other alternatives to that unit. Searching for a new tool chest

Hi everyone, I'm looking to upgrade my current tool storage situation since I've long since outgrown my current setup (a 26" craftsman cabinet w/ an intermediate chest and a top chest with another craftsman storage cabinet and a top chest). I'm just a shadetree mechanic working out of my...

Opinions on the Ranger QuickJack (BL-7000SLX for a truck)?

That is a good point. Honestly I don't see moving it that often but I think I will bring it outside for random things on the truck like tire rotations or things that I can't use ramps for (like brake or suspension stuff). But also if it's just one wheel I need up in the air, I'd likely just...

Opinions on the Ranger QuickJack (BL-7000SLX for a truck)?

Hello, I'm considering preordering a QuickJack BL-7000SLX and I wanted to get some feedback from others about the product. The criteria I have for a lift is as follows: Lift all vehicles for general maintenance Be able to move it from the garage out to the driveway (portable to a degree) Have...
