Fours hours of belt sanding later..... Primer!

I dunno about you guys, but when my water and heat aren't working, I go figure out how to make them work. And when I have so much junk in my house that I can't get in many of the rooms.... well, I don't know, but I think I would probably clean that up before raking leaves and making the yard...

I fill four "bill dumpsters" weekly (usually two recycling, two trash). So..... it doesn't sound like six is nearly enough to make a dent against that mess!!!! Still good to hear a little progress. Kev
