Anyone order a Triump C7000 lift recently?

Minimum embedment is 3 3/16" which is the overall length of that anchor. So if it is flush then the minimum has been met. The bolts they supply are just too long because they send the bolts that come with the anchors. The anchor maker doesn't know what the application is...

Anyone order a Triump C7000 lift recently?

I used powersert epoxy anchors. They take about 1.5" bolts so I purchased 2" grade 8 bolts from the local tractor supply. Worked great.

Anyone order a Triump C7000 lift recently?

Actually, what Nathan from national auto tools told me whas that all the components are from their 9000lb lift but the posts are cut down some which de-rates the lift to 7000lbs. He specifically said the arms were 9000lb arms.

National Auto Tools Triumph C 7000

I moved earlier this year and just reinstalled my C7000. I like to move it out of the way if I need to. And if you move you can easily take it with you. Worth the money.

60 AMP Siemens Double Pole Breaker question - Do 100's trip faster than 60s?

I already put a new one before I took the old one to the supply house. I just hate not knowing if it was really good or not.

60 AMP Siemens Double Pole Breaker question - Do 100's trip faster than 60s?

I took the 60 amp breaker to a local electrical supply house to ask if they had a way to test it and confirm if it was good or not. They said "kind of." Took it out of my hand, made sure it was flipped on, then smacked it against the counter. It tripped and he said it was good. But then said...

60 AMP Siemens Double Pole Breaker question - Do 100's trip faster than 60s?

I'm not sure you understood what I described. The 100amp braker in the main panel in the house did trip.

60 AMP Siemens Double Pole Breaker question - Do 100's trip faster than 60s?

For $8.47 I replaced it yesterday just for piece of mind. It came with the house and was unused in the panel. Who knows how old it is or what it has endured in its lifetime. It looked totally fine though.

60 AMP Siemens Double Pole Breaker question - Do 100's trip faster than 60s?

I have a 100 amp double pole in my 200 amp panel that feeds the sub panel in my main garage attached to the house. The garage panel has a 60 amp double pole that feeds to my pole barn 100 amp panel with a 100 amp breaker (shutoff). The other day I was doing some work and had a dead short...

Siemens P2020B1100CU in my new pole barn

It is marked USE-2 Underground service entrance wire. It entered my service from under the ground. Its all XLPE insulation from encore wire. USE-2 has the same XLPE insulations as their USE-2/RHH/RHW-2 wire. I'm confident nothing will burst into flames :)

Siemens P2020B1100CU in my new pole barn

Thanks for posting what the NEC states exactly. I can see where an inspector may or may not approve the wiring I have based on the wording and how they enforce the code. My argument would be that since I'm going under ground in conduit from panel to panel, exterior wall to exterior wall, it...

Well, It states USE-2 on it. It appears I have the encore brand SINGLE-RATED: XLPE INSULATED 90°C. See page 41. http://www.encorewire.com/wp-content/uploads/EncoreWire_ALCAT_SR_UD.pdf I got my wire from Kendall Electric which is a local electrical supply house that recommended it. Then I...
