Here is what i do @ work as a Telephone cable repairman This was a job to replace a damaged 1100 pair pulp telephone cable in a manhole run. It took 1 week working 12 hour shift work

Run the 2" for now, that is what i did when we build our house. I put two 2" thru the basement wall. One for electric and one for water. It will be very easy to pull 3/4 or 1" pex line thru 2" pipe. Just make sure you use sweeping 90 bends. Just me 2 cents.

Check out your local state Hwy Garage Auctions, you can pickup cabinets pretty cheap. Or look for habitat for humanity restore, i bought some used kitchen cabinets for $10 each. they were 5' sink base cabinets.. one man's junk is another mans next project. dan
