I answered my own question on whether or not I should extend that panel all the way to the rear edge. I went back out to the shop last night and did just that. I like the look of it this way much better than just to the inside of each leg of the roll cage.

A little bit more finished...although not much. I had to stop and get some shop maintenance done before moving on. I put on these cool little Route 66 badges I found and then expanded upon my dust collection system.

This one actually still works although I'll never use it. Just something cool to mount out in front of my shop. I'm right there with ya. I own 7 Scouts ranging from 1963 to 1977!

I decided to put this reproduction IH sign on it. I had plans on riveting it on but my rivet gun wouldn't work for me so it got stainless steel screws instead.

I hadn't given that any thought. I'll probably just leave it as is. I wouldn't mind riveting an old International Harvester sign on it if I could find a nice replica one at a decent price.

Nothing new in the way of car audio updates but I have been getting work done. I stripped down the old hardtop to bare metal, plug welded some unnecessary holes, bodywork, high build primer, and finally paint!
