About 3 weeks ago I bought a 1000 foot spool of 12/2 wire for the garage for $183.00. A couple of days ago I went back to get another spool and it had gone up to $227.00 for the same spool. Copper prices must have really gone up lately.

The septic tank went in yesterday and hopefully the doors will go in this weekend. It's starting to come together, but can't seem to happen fast enough.

Here is a view from the loft, and what the loft looks like. Had to alter the door for the bathroom to make the stairs work. There is a 3'X6' landing at the top of the stairs.

I do have a full kitchen in the garage, will post some pictures of my new build in a couple of days. We love to entertain and figured that the new garage would be the perfect place for it.

I picked up this for the new garage. It is a natural gas Vulcan commercial stove with 6 burners, large flattop and 2 ovens. Guy was asking $1000.00 and I ended up getting it for $300.00. My nephew is going to paint the backsplash and sides for me and with a little cleanup, it will look like new.

They are blowing it out here in Bismarck, they had shelf brackets that were normally $5.49 for only $.94. Wish I would have found it sooner, all of the hooks and most of the brackets were gone.
