    Be sure to add as much ceiling height (12') as you can so a,stacker will work. Also, if installing a two post, add extra reinforced concrete. Finally, watch the width and height of garage doors.....oh and a floor drain is nice

    Isn't closed cell foam (maybe 1-2" thick) good to preempt some Glas bat in a 2x6 wall? I'd think it would remove any air gaps.
