Alright, my local big box store had 3" B Vent in stock with all the parts I needed except for a tee with cleanout cap. Didn't know they had 3" but it makes sense now that I found it. I can't find info on what my local code requires but the Modine installation clearly indicates a tee drip...- nmarolf

30,000 btu Hot Dawg Vertical Venting
First time poster, long time lurker. I'm installing a Hot Dawg unit heater in my garage. Will be venting vertically through a finished (drywall and insulation) ceiling and then through the roof. The heater has a 3" exhaust and I casually thought that I would just go buy a venting kit. But...- nmarolf
