FYI - I was looking at this option too - one thing I saw is the rating of 10 amps.. not sure how big your compressor is and what kind of amp draw but 10 amps is not enough for me.

The old asphalt tennis court at my house is not in great shape and only used occasionally as an unescapable dog kennel so I'm thinking there might be better uses for the ground. Maybe a small guest house and garage since I've got lots of outbuildings but no formal "garage". Not sure yet but...
