Maybe. You gotta check the computer. The 16" is in a hard plastic case with a piss poor paper sleeve over it. The 14" is in a cardboard box with the bar sticking out. Both of which I have seen on sale or not at .03 level. It depends on the store. Around here the 14" seems not to have dropped...

It's not that big of a deal, you can always get around that somehow with the mfr. what are you going to do give him a receipt that shows you paid 1/3 what he's paying three weeks ago?
