Do not remove the sound dampening I tried this with a 231 G you won't have anny more power but your ears will ring louder.

Stay away from flat rate and go for it I like being a auto tech. I'm hourly pay and 50/50 private customers and fleet.

On my own time I get them all back but at work it depends on how long it will take to get it back and how mutch I liked it VS how quick it has to be out the door.

I'm a automotive mechanic and I wouldn't wan't to use the junk that a boss would buy for you. And I like useing my own tools.

Snap On, and Mac, and Matco tools are expensive because you get what you pay for for the most part.

Napa 1/4 drive rachet with craftsman 12 point 3/8 on it was my best find other than that cheap screwdrivers and rachet straps.

Tap it back on my craftsman has a taper in the chuck too.

For every day use get Snap On and forget the cheap stuff I wasted too mutch money on junk starting out just don't let the account get too big.

I have seen this junk too I only buy the best tools not the name on a peice of ****.
