Not sure. I thought the Lithium packs were supposed to work in all the older c3 tools? All of these had NiCad when I got them. Not that I know of. Minor cosmetic differences, and the light as far as I can tell.

I stopped by the "corporate" Lowe's in Mooresville NC today and was told the same thing. Price is valid, not a clearance item. But they wouldn't match price because it was a non-stock item.
