Just received my Knipex cap and a product CD as well. Great PR and advertising effort on their part.

Just received a cap brim hat today. It'll replace the old "beat up" one that I've had for years.

I've tried all types of bags (GI canvas, Craftsman sale bags, CLC's) and finally settled on the Veto Pro Pac Tech LC and the TP3 on the side. I use a modified Pelican 1510 for transporting more specialized tools.

I called the store and spoke to someone in the tool department. He told me that it didn't matter what type of pliers you were exchanging for the Irwins.

Just returned with the wife from trading in two unwanted no name pliers (long nose and small linemans) for a couple of the Irwins. Will see how these stack up against my Knipex equivalents.
