Can anyone help me figure out what type of toolbox this is

I'm going to take it apart and look for any stamp numbers again and contact Waterloo with what little information I have and see if they are any help. If not I'll disassemble it and determine whether it's a design flaw or worn parts.

Can anyone help me figure out what type of toolbox this is

Didn't see any stickers or stamp numbers on top drawers. The problem I'm having is that when I unlock it it won't stay unlocked and a bump or a closed drawer will put it back in the lock position. And sometimes it's hard to get it unlocked. Very inconvenient.
