For surface rust, I just use 0000 steel wool soaked with WD40. Then a little paste wax will keep them nice for a long time.

I could use the Wilde hook and pick set. The long thin handles would be great in tight spaces and offer good control.

For starters get a couple flap disks, thin cut off disks, and a thick grinding dist. And as JoeMcGov said where gloves and safety glasses. I often use a face shield as well.

Just get the disks you need when you need them. Before you know it you'll have a drawer full.

Check your local Lowes, the one up here has two real nice 52 inch Kobalt boxs on sale for under $500. One is bright green, the other is black.

It did!! The oil was drained down through the drawers. It almost looked like they shoved it under the truck and drained the oil inside the lid. Had to set it on a tarp to get it home.
