Tekton Crows foot set any good?

Started looking at some of the reviews and as always their all over the map. Certainly enough bad reviews though. Canadian Tire started carrying a set in their Maximum line. I may be better off to wait for those to go on sale. Any suggestions for a reasonably priced set for occasional use?

Tekton Crows foot set any good?

I have been thinking about picking up a set of crows foot wrenches. I saw the Tekton sets on Amazon that seem to be inexpensive. I have seen several guys talking about Tekton brand tools on GJ but don't know much about the brand myself. Are these decent? Anyone have them? This will not be a...

    Show your custom vise grips.

I have a set of those (3 sizes) for my slide hammer. Seems like a handy conversion.

Using a microwave to heat a bearing?

Getting a little off track......try putting a light bulb in the microwave! Take a regular incandescent light bulb, completely cover the metal base with electrical tape then throw it in the microwave and turn it on. It will light but it will look like a florescent bulb.

Socket organizer trays that don't ****?

I wish Westling would special order trays to hold the number of sockets you want. I would buy them for sure if that was the case.

This might be the best option if you are looking for larger sockets used on a 1/4" ratchet.

Socket organizer trays that don't ****?

I have a few different things storing my sockets. Most of them are stored on a piece of MDF with roll pins for the size of the sockets. I made it back in highschool and it has actually worked pretty well. I have thought about switching to Hansen style trays but I'm sure they wont line up...

Gear Wrenches......good , bad or must have?

As I mentioned before I went out and bought the 2 sets of ratchet wrenches. Last night a made a few adjustments to my wrench drawers and got them all set up. They are the sets in the center at the back. Should hopefully come in handy.

Gear Wrenches......good , bad or must have?

Today was the last day of the sale so i ran out and grabbed the 2 7 piece sets I was looking at. After getting them home they seem ok. Not a fan of the feel of the selector switch but thats not a huge issue. Hopefully they come in handy.

Gear Wrenches......good , bad or must have?

I think most of the larger sets that go on sale are the non-reversible ones. I am looking at the reversible ones.

I agree with this. Drywall screws aren't good for building things.

Oil Drain pan/container? What happened to the good ones?

I use something very similar to this and have been happy with it. I do wish it had a spot for the oil filter to drain though.
