I have the 3/8 gearwrench set off tool topia. (80550). If you look on the website they offer it with a BOGO. There are a few one comes with free wrenches the other comes with 1/4 120xp. Thats the one I got. I really like them.

Ya that sounds about right. The LC # has to be painted and then they are smashed and turned in. There are many reasons behind it but a big one is control of that LC number as its used in recalls of ammo and what not.
