    I knew someone would ask that...the answer is no. The forklift is not touching the stand in any place whatsoever...call me lazy...I lowered the stand down onto my scale and should have backed it away from the stand so there would be no question... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    The 326 is pretty much my favorite vise. Every aspect of it is top quality and craftsmanship. I find that this vise does exactly what you ask it to do. Meaning if you hand tighten the swivel lugs then the vise stays in place....I never find myself swacking the spindle handle to tighten the grip...
