Trying to help a friend identify a transmission jack he has used for years for ordering a seal kit. This looks very old so I'm hoping GJ will have a brand name to start the search.
Forklift traffic is what brought out the shine, it was new trucking terminals, they only get better with time. I guess buffing would do the same, I never topcoat.
JoMax is the product to use. if mixed properly and used within the time limits it works better than anything for mold and mildew. I have not used it to remove pine sap, that might require something else on second wash.
Rock salt will create a void once the water dissolves the salt, no freezing required. The Japanese would add it to the paint and once dried and slightly scraped, the salt would then dissolve creating little craters with sharp traction points.
