It seems a bit small to me from what I found when I was looking for cooling my 24x30x10 pole barn, I ended up mounting my AC directly through the wall, in stead of putting it in a window. If I remember I think my estimates pointed me toward an 18k BTU unit.

Would some sort of UV film for the plexiglass work? Thinking something to eliminate or at least reduce the heat gain initially.

In my pole barn, I did both. It is possible, and not that hard to install windows after the fact, but its much more tedious.

Here in DE pole buildings are not really considered the same as other buildings. Some of that depends on what you’re doing with the building. If for agriculture, for example it’s taxed differently than other uses. And in my area, Morton buildings are top of the line but $$$. Other companies...

In most of the diagrams they have an additional white wire they tape to mark as hot. Is it better to use the same color here and add tape or another blur or black wire?

That does not look right to me. I would not want the wood there against the concrete, not to mention it looks like you will only end up with a 3 1/2” slab. Seems fairly thin.

That looks like. Good product. Was hoping for something water based, so the VOC would be lower, but this is likely more durable.

That’s the color scheme I am looking at too, white walls and grey floors, what did you use as a cleaning product, and did you run that through the pressure washer or just spray and then pressure wash?

I do. Was planning to pressure wash prior to paint. I’ll stop in and chat with them.

We will have ventilation, but agreed. My expectations are not that high. Just want it to look brighter and more uniform.

Any thoughts on the rust converter to treat the rusty spots? Yeah, nay, brands? Corroseal seems to get pretty solid reviews by most on Amazon.
